Dr. Julia Seng
Chief Academic Officer
PhD mentor, a lecturer in TESOL
She has more than 20 years of academic experience working with Bachelor and Master students, and supervising the doctoral scientific research.
Dr. Amna Mezni
Chair of Academic Advisory of PAIU.
PhD Mentor with 22 years of teaching experience. Her area of expertise is International Economics and Finance. Amna supervises doctoral students at Montpellier doctoral school. She has significant experience in project management which allows students to better manage their working time while preparing their doctoral thesis.
Dr. Roxanne Kemp
Dr. Roxanne Kemp is an international educator, university founder, and thought leader with expertise in business, technology, psychology, and higher education. She holds a doctorate in technology, has completed doctoral-level studies in psychology and business, and holds graduate-level specializations in educational leadership and telehealth. Over the course of her career, Dr. Kemp has founded universities, led nonprofit and accreditation initiatives, and overseen multiple colleges and academic institutions. Her leadership reflects a commitment to academic excellence, innovation, and global relevance. Actively engaged in teaching, mentoring, and consulting across the U.S. and internationally, Dr. Kemp brings a dynamic, student-centered approach to her role at Paris American International University—supporting doctoral candidates as they develop rigorous, impactful research and advance their careers as scholarly professionals.
Victoire Daher
French Administrative Liaison
Graduate of SciencesPo Paris (IEP de Paris), Victoire has a Master's Degree in International Relations. She is a project manager in the digitalisation of public service in France and a lecturer in Public Affairs, Economics and Politics. She has worked in an international environment as a diplomat and consultant at UNESCO and UN different agencies in Vienna for 4 years. She has deep knowledge in bilateral and multilateral diplomacy as well as in education and culture. She masters French, Arabic, English, Spanish, Italian and German.
Tim Johnson
The Director of the ESL Department which also includes IELTS, TOEFL as well as PTE and an Adjunct Faculty Instructor for the Business programs (BBA/MBA).
Dr. Altay Iltan Akturk
Dr. Altay Iltan Akturk holds a Bachelor's degree in Law from Marmara University and earned his Master's and Ph.D. degrees in Forensic Social Sciences from Istanbul University. He has served as a faculty member and lecturer at various institutions, teaching courses in criminal law, health law, forensic sciences, mediation, and restorative justice. Since 2019, he has been delivering doctoral-level courses and providing academic supervision at Conley University, Aston American University, and Paris International American University. Dr. Akturk has supervised several master's and doctoral theses and has authored academic books, articles, and conference papers in the fields of law and forensic sciences.
