Educational and career journey

My journey began in 2010 as a Field Engineer. After just eight months, I was promoted to Supervisor, an opportunity that motivated me to continue growing professionally. In 2014, I became a Central control Lead, followed by a promotion to Project Manager Officer in 2022. In 2024, I stepped into my current role as Project Team Lead.

Each stage of my career has strengthened my technical expertise, leadership skills, and commitment to delivering successful projects while supporting the growth of my team

Studying for my Doctor of Business Administration (DBA) has significantly contributed to both my personal and professional development. It has enhanced my strategic thinking, leadership, and decision-making abilities while strengthening my understanding of business management and project leadership. Balancing my studies with my professional responsibilities has improved my time management, discipline, and problem-solving skills. The knowledge and research gained through the DBA program have enabled me to apply evidence-based approaches in my work, contribute more effectively to project success, and continue growing as a leader.
