Educational and career journey
I hold a master’s degree in civil engineering and two bachelor’s degrees, one in Construction and the other in Transportation Engineering. This academic background provided the foundation for the beginning of my professional career.
I have 19 years of professional experience across Middle Eastern countries, working with global companies on large-scale projects.
Throughout this journey, I developed the professional knowledge, leadership skills, and management experience that enabled me to establish and lead my own company, SADA-BRO Co. in 2022. The company was built on the foundation of my professional experience, relationships, and reputation developed over the years.
My personal and professional journey—with its successes, challenges, and failures—along with the greater opportunities and freedom that my country has experienced, encouraged me to transform my practical experience into an academic pursuit. This led me to earn a Doctorate in Management, with my research focusing on “Restructuring and Decision Streamlining in Underperforming Organizations in the Middle East.”

My academic journey at PAIU significantly enhanced my ability to transform data, practical experiences, and research findings into clear, structured, and meaningful reports. It strengthened my analytical and logical thinking, developed my academic research professional skills that support effective management and leadership of my team and business.
Building on these new skills, I am now focused on further developing my business and research projects, applying evidence-based approaches to my work, and sharing my findings with my team, professional networks, and academic journals. This journey has enabled me to connect academic knowledge with practical experience and use research as a tool for informed decision-making and continuous development.
